 The YellowJacket can tune
over 12 of the most widely used freqencies in the 2.4ghz band. (2.370,
2.390, 2.410, 2.413, 2.414, 2.430, 2.432, 2.450, 2.451, 2.468, 2.470,
2.490, 2.510) A high speed microprocessor constantly evaluates the quality of the video signal produced by two internal receiver sections, and seamlessly switches to the best signal. Features: Wide input voltage: 6 volts to 15 volts DC Wide frequency range: 12 total channels, with 4 available at any one time - the 4 channel 'bank' can be changed at any time via a simple programming mode. Extremely small size: 4.75 in x 2.84 in x 0.75 in 7.5 ounces Dual Video output on the pro version allows you to feed a video signal to a recorder and a monitor or video glasses at the same time, without the need for additional splitters or video amplifiers. Microphone input on the pro version allows you to record ground based audio... an invaluable tool to document the flight with an 'audio diary'. (microphone sold separately) The compact SMA connectors provide an excellent low-loss connection to your antennas. We offer a variety of compatible antennas to suit most peoples needs. Improve your airborne performance When properly deployed, the new Diversity receiver can virtually eliminate video break-ups normally associated with polarization and multipath issues. Flexible options In order to offer the most flexible and economical package possible, all accessories for the diversity receiver are sold separately. The base unit comes with two standard 3dbi whip antennas, a short power pigtail for integrating into your own power supply (12v car battery, 3 cell lipoly pack, etc) and a 6 foot RCA patch cable. The diversity receiver provides a significant improvement over single receiver reception using the standard whip antennas included. For even more dramatic results, consider the following upgrades: - Two 6dBi whip antennas: twice the gain of the basic antennas. Good for wide open areas that are not subject to a great deal of outside interference. $18 each (two required) Buy Now - Two 8dbi patch antennas: moderate gain patch antennas, wide field of view, circular polarization.
