Warranty and Legal information

1) All units are tested before shipment.  If a unit arrives non-functional, damage must have occurred in transit, and we will work with you to file a claim with the shipping company (all shipments are insured).

2) Black Widow A/V, LLC offers a 30 day "no questions asked" return policy if you are not satisfied with the equipment for any reason.  Simply drop us an email and we will issue you an RMA# for the return.  Returned equipment must be in new and resellable condition with all original accessories and packaging.  The 30 day return policy starts from the point of sale.

3) Because we cannot know the circumstances in which this equipment will be used (heck, look at what we do with it), the sole remedy for equipment failure is a flat rate repair/replacement charge that is equal to 75% of the sales price of the item.  The equipment will be repaired OR replaced at our discretion, and could take up to 6 weeks to process and return. Buyer pays inbound shipping, and we pay outbound shipping on repair/replacement orders.  Please email us ahead of time for an RMA# number BEFORE returning anything.
 

Legal:

The transmitting equipment sold on this site ranges in power from 200mw to 1000mw.  There are specific laws and licensing requirements in most countries that regulate the operation of this equipment.  It is your responsibility to understand the law and meet all requirements BEFORE applying power to any of these systems.  Additionally, there might be local ordinances prohibiting the use of wireless video systems on RC Vehicles.  It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all local and national laws governing the use of high powered wireless transmitters in the application for which you are purchasing it.

We are not responsible for any damages either directly caused by, or as a consequence of using this equipment.  Buyer assumes all risks associated with the operation of this equipment.  We make no implications on the suitability of this equipment for any purpose what-so-ever (isn't that encouraging?)
